Location-location-location. The highly desirable and low density Palm Villas community is in a fantastic location within the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a short walk to the award winning hotel and sandy beaches.Luxuriously accommodate your family in a well-maintained, designer decorated Hawaiian plantation style, three bedroom, two full bath condo.


Have no concerns about renting! As the original owners, we operate with the highest integrity standards. We work diligently to keep our recently constructed condo an A+ property. We do not allow a third party to manage our rentals. We pay all our condo bills and pay them on time. We do not believe that our guests need unpleasant surprises upon arrival. Sadly, in this tough economy, this is not the situation for all rentals. Some guests do receive unpleasant surprises due the economic situation of the unit’s owner. You will only receive pleasant surprises as our guest! We regularly professionally clean the carpets and couches, steam the tile floors and mattresses. The air conditioning unit is regularly serviced and filters changed to provide the cleanest interior air. We provide L’Occitane soaps for the bath. Linens are regularly replaced and entirely sourced from the mainland. Towels are from Neiman-Marcus affiliate, Horchow. Bed linens are from popular mainland retailers including Pottery Barn Bed and Bath.


The master bedroom has a California King bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom a queen sized bed. As the original owners and former urban dwellers, during the construction of the unit, we paid the builder an additional sum to install soundproofing between the floors as well as in the wall of the adjoining unit. As a result of our foresight, this is a quiet unit. We have been told by guests staying in other units that this has not been their experience.


At the time of purchase, we had our choice of unit location. We remain pleased with our selection. The walk to the pool, gym and garbage dumpster is just one of seconds, yet the condo location is not in these immediate areas. This end unit offers our guests tropical foliage views and a private, tranquil vacation.


The condo is locally managed by an estate manager, and separately, cleaned by a can-do, top notch housekeeping staff.


Condo guests prepare meals in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We provide many spices, seasonings and cooking oils. Kitchen appliances include: Cuisinart coffee maker, Cuisinart mini prep, Krups waffle maker, toaster, hand mixer and Waring blender. Pick up some local fish or Big Island beef and watch the colorful sunset while you cook out on the built in Thermador grill.


Pack lighter and escape expensive airline baggage fees. The condo has a stackable washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent. All linens, including beach towels are provided. We provide high speed internet access. If you need to make contact with home or the office, a fax and printer are available for your use. With the condo telephone, we provide unlimited calling to the US mainland, Canada, Puerto Rico and within the Hawaiian Islands. Cell phone service on the island is generally very good. The large family room television operates in High Definition. This television also has a DVR for recording or pausing and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has a television and a DVD player.


A tropical flower arrangement greets guests upon arrival. Additionally we treat our guests to samples of local island chocolates and Kona coffee. This coveted ground floor, end unit location is ideal for children. The unit is surrounded on three sides by grass and ideal for play. For no additional expense, if needed for young children, we provide our guests with a high chair, Graco Pack and Play (with sheet) and exersaucer. We have many indoor and outdoor toys for children, including Razor scooters and a four wheeled kick scooter. We also have helmets for the children.


For guest enjoyment, the Palm Villas community offers a resort-style lava pool and hot tub with a pleasant trickling waterfall. Condo guests are closer to the upscale Shops at Mauna Lani then hotel guests. Brew your own morning coffee or take a short walk to the Shops or the hotel for a cup. Only one minute before your massage appointment? No problem. This is the closest condo in the resort to the Mauna Lani Spa and Sports Club. This amazing spa has been voted #1 in Hawaii by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler magazine. The Palm Villas has a gym for guest use. Enjoy the same access and pricing as hotel guests at the two championship Mauna Lani golf courses.


Additionally, guests receive full privileges and a parking keycard for the members-only newly remodeled Mauna Lani Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay. The Beach Club has a fantastic restaurant for daytime or evening dining. The Beach Club provides chairs but not umbrellas. Have no worries--we have a large and sunny yellow Frontgate brand beach umbrella for your use. If walking from the condo to the Beach Club is preferred, follow the path that begins just outside the security gate for a twelve minute walk through the historical petroglyph preserve and past the sacred ponds. Makaiwa Bay is a great swimming spot for families with children and has some of the best snorkeling on the island.


Our estate manager is available should you have any questions or issues during your stay. In-condo brochures and maps are included to help plan vacation activities. Late check-out is generally accommodated for mainland red-eye flights. When your vacation comes to an end you will have enjoyed a relaxing slice of paradise.
